Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Personnel Reliability Assurance Program (PRAP)

We provide medical care for Airmen assigned to the Personnel Reliability Program, as well as the Arming Use of Force Program. By using competent medical authorities the clinic can provide the installation’s certifying officials with real-time insight to their member’s reliability while performing sensitive operations.
