Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Flight Medicine

We focus on managing the health and performance of the supported base population of special duty personnel.

Unit commanders and supervisors have the authority to grant up to 24 hours sick status/quarters at their discretion if a member’s illness/injury does not require MTF intervention. Reference: AFMAN 41-210, para 4.11.4.
